We got to know what dog lovers really look for in toys and treats through extensive field research, focus groups, and white space analysis. With these new findings we refreshed the brand’s positioning and messaging.
Bringing West Paw’s storytelling to life we launched a packaging redesign featuring custom illustration and messaging to highlight product innovation, B Corp certification, and their environmental sustainability initiatives.
