Insights to Packaging
We work with West Paw, a B Corps-certified pet company, to help develop their positioning, packaging design, and communication platform across their line of dog toys and their new product offerings of treats. Our goal is to give the brand a bold, friendly design to set the company apart at shelf.

West Paw wanted help communicating their good story and increasing retail sales.

We got to know what dog lovers really look for in toys and treats through extensive field research, focus groups, and white space analysis. With these new findings we refreshed the brand’s positioning and messaging.

Bringing West Paw’s storytelling to life we launched a packaging redesign featuring custom illustration and messaging to highlight product innovation, B Corp certification, and their environmental sustainability initiatives.
