Our planning process—interviews, mystery shopping, and competitive analysis—identified key points of differentiation and consumer behavior. We used these insights to design a national advertising campaign called “Drink Good Tea” that tied together the brand’s good flavor and good sustainability story, while showcasing its unique packaging and bold colors.
