We developed a positioning and communication platform to bring together all of their stories—from product innovation to exemplary employee benefits and environmental sustainability. Additionally, we conducted consumer field research around new product offerings.
We led West Paw through a dramatic packaging redesign covering more than 40 SKUs. The bold, friendly design—with custom illustration—sets the company apart at shelf. We also reduced West Paw’s packaging footprint by up to 30% per SKU through re-engineered dielines and other efficiencies.
